There has been a black bear sighted at the foot of Apache Trail. He has been seen foraging through trash at one of our resident’s homes. You must secure all trash until the morning that it is picked up. Do not leave food or food containers in your vehicle. Also, you must not have any bird feeders, or pet dishes outside. It is prohibited by law to feed any wild animals outdoors and that includes feral cats. If you do see a bear, use loud noises such as a whistle, air horn, or car horn to scare them away. And report any sightings to the management.
